Over het werk
As an electrical test technician, you will work full-time at a modern high-tech company in Eindhoven. You will be responsible for testing and inspecting cables, electrical modules, and smaller control cabinets. You will ensure that all products function correctly and safely before they are delivered to customers. You will work day shifts in a clean, well-organized environment where quality and precision are essential.
You will independently carry out various testing activities based on technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and test procedures. You will prepare test setups and perform safety, functional, and visual inspections. During these tests, you will check whether products meet the required quality standards and technical specifications.
When you identify defects or abnormalities, you will investigate their causes and carry out repairs when necessary. You will document your findings and discuss them with colleagues from the assembly department. You will also examine products returned by customers to determine the causes of any defects.
You will actively contribute ideas to improve testing and production processes. With your technical knowledge and attention to detail, you will play an important role in maintaining product quality. You will also have opportunities to further develop your skills through training and courses.

Wat wij bieden
- A gross monthly salary between € 3000 and € 3500, depending on your experience
- An impressive 40 days off per year, including additional leave (ADV)
- A full-time position on day shifts, with flexible starting times between 07:00 and 08:30
- A direct contract with the company for a minimum of 7 months

Wat wij vragen
- At least 3 years of relevant experience independently testing electrical products, or a qualification in electrical engineering
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
- Experience testing electrical modules, cables, or control cabinets
- A precise working style, strong analytical skills, and the ability to solve technical problems independently
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
