🇳🇱 Vacature: Procesoperator Mechatronica – 5 ploegen

Ben jij technisch aangelegd en krijg jij energie van moderne, geautomatiseerde productielijnen? Voor een innovatief productiebedrijf in de regio Hapert zijn wij op zoek naar een Procesoperator Mechatronica. Je werkt met een vrijwel volledig geautomatiseerde robotlijn en zorgt er samen met je collega’s voor dat het productieproces 24/7 soepel, veilig en efficiënt blijft draaien.

🔧 Wat ga je doen?

Als Procesoperator Mechatronica ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en optimaliseren van het productieproces. Je werkt met moderne machines en robots en schakelt veel met productieoperators, proces engineers en de technische dienst.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Het bedienen, omstellen en ombouwen van machines
• Het bewaken en bijsturen van een geautomatiseerde productielijn
• Het uitvoeren van metingen en registreren van afwijkingen
• Het oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud
• Het signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in het productieproces
• Het bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en een nette werkomgeving

Je werkt hierbij volgens onder andere de WCM- en 5S-richtlijnen. Omdat de productielijn nieuw en sterk geautomatiseerd is, krijg je bovendien een belangrijke rol bij de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het productieproces.

✅ Wat breng je mee?

• Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur op MBO niveau 3 of 4
• Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met geautomatiseerde productiesystemen
• Ervaring met het bedienen en instellen van machines is een plus
• Je kunt technische storingen analyseren en zelfstandig eerstelijns oplossen
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent sterk gericht op kwaliteit en veiligheid
• Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties
• Je bent bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken
• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels

🇬🇧 Vacancy: Process Operator Mechatronics – 5-Shift System

Are you a technically skilled operator who enjoys working with automated machinery, robotics and complex production processes? For a modern manufacturing company in the Hapert area, we are looking for a Process Operator Mechatronics to work in a highly automated production environment.

You will be responsible for keeping an advanced robotic production line running efficiently and reliably. This means more than simply operating machines: you will monitor the process, adjust machine settings, identify technical faults and carry out first-line troubleshooting and maintenance.

🔧 What will you do?

As a Process Operator Mechatronics, you will operate and monitor a highly automated production line consisting of machines, robots and integrated process technology. You will work closely with production colleagues, process engineers and the technical service team to keep the line running safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, setting up and changing over automated production equipment
• Monitoring machine and process parameters and making adjustments where necessary
• Identifying deviations in the production process and taking corrective action
• Performing measurements and quality checks during production
• Analyzing and resolving first-line technical malfunctions
• Carrying out basic mechanical and technical maintenance
• Recognizing recurring faults and contributing to structural solutions
• Supporting preventive maintenance activities
• Monitoring the performance and stability of the automated production line
• Identifying opportunities to improve machine performance, quality and efficiency
• Working according to WCM, 5S and safety procedures

You will be working with a high level of automation, so technical understanding and problem-solving skills are essential. You need to be able to understand how different parts of the production process interact and know when and how to intervene when something goes wrong.

Because the production line is continuously being developed and optimized, you will also have an active role in improving the process and supporting further automation.

✅ What do you bring?

• A technical education, preferably at MBO level 3 or 4
• A background in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or a similar technical field
• Experience working with automated machinery or production lines
• Good technical and mechanical understanding
• The ability to analyze technical faults and perform first-line troubleshooting
• Experience with machine settings, measurements and process parameters is a plus
• A structured and analytical approach to technical problems
• A strong focus on safety, quality and process stability
• An interest in robotics and industrial automation
• The ability to work independently while communicating effectively with colleagues and the technical team
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
• You speak Dutch and/or English
