As a custom solutions welder, you will independently assemble and weld storage boxes that are fully tailored to the client's specifications. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, during daytime shifts. There are ample opportunities for further development through training and courses. In this role as a custom solutions welder, you play a vital role in unique projects that are not handled by robots. This is a long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance.
You start your working day by reviewing the technical drawings and gathering your tools. Then you get to work assembling individual materials into a sleek final product. You perform interim quality checks, carry out post-processing where necessary, and actively contribute ideas for improvements on the work floor. As a custom solutions welder, you ensure every product meets high-quality standards.

- Salary between € 3,000 and € 3,300 gross per month
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer

- Secondary vocational education (mbo) working and thinking level
- Welding certificate
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a welder
- Able to read technical drawings and work accurately
- English language skills
