As a Thermal Spray Operator, you are responsible for applying metal and non-metal coatings that enhance product properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion protection.

You will work with technologies such as plasma spraying, HVOF, arc spraying, and powder spraying, as well as applying dry film coatings.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production orders
• Verifying completeness of information and selecting the correct working method
• Masking products according to specifications
• Performing and monitoring the spraying process
• Conducting quality checks (layer thickness, flatness, diameter, etc.)
• Recording measurement results and process data
• Ensuring correct packaging and transfer of products
• Identifying deviations and contributing to process improvements

Job Requirements:

• Technical education (MBO level or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Accurate and quality-oriented working style
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Willingness to work in shifts:
  • 2-shift system
  • 3-shift system
