Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis SME Architect with strong expertise in SAP BASIS and SAP S/4HANA environments to join a project in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud migrations, ECC to HANA migrations, and maintaining production landscapes while supporting lifecycle management (LCM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver LCM-related project components aligned with product and sprint backlogs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product backlog during program increment events.
Execute activities according to runbooks and operational processes.
Manage change processes and maintain documentation.
Provide go-live support and knowledge transfer.
Perform high-level and detailed project planning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Provide status reporting and ensure quality deliverables.
Maintain consistency in architecture implementation across teams.
Update product documentation in line with company processes.
Suggest and implement technical improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
8–10 years of SAP BASIS experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS and SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in cloud migrations.
ECC to HANA database migration experience.
Experience maintaining and upgrading production landscapes.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Database, SLT, and NetWeaver Gateway setup.
Kernel and release upgrade experience.
Working knowledge of SAP landscapes (R/3, HANA, BW, EWM).
Experience with RHEL migration.
